To celebrate what should have been Madeline Spohr's fourth birthday on 11/11/11, Friends of Maddie is making a song recorded by Mike & Heather Spohr available on iTunes and other music download sites as a fundraiser to support NICU families. Entitled “You Are The One,” it is a sweet love song that Mike wrote for Heather right before they got married with words that took on a whole new meaning after Maddie passed away.
All proceeds raised by the song will help fund Friends of Maddie's expansion in 2012 to supplying grants and scholarships to NICU families in addition to the Family Support Packs that we presently send - free of charge - to Level III NICUs across the nation.
